It is situated some 17 km from Ibiza and 2 km from Sta. Eulalia.
How to get there: Located between Sta. Eulalia and Cala Pada, to get there you take the road that leaves the town duly following the signposts just before getting to Cala Pada. You can go by car or bicycle, and there is a bus service available during the summer season.
Description: This is a beach flanked by two small headlands covered by vegetation which reaches down to the beach itself. A large stream runs down to the water here, adding to the attractiveness of the spot. Length: 100m. Width: 12m. Substratum: Natural, fine-grained alternating with pebbled sections arising form the presence of the stream. Bed: Pebbled sections alternate with sandy and rocky areas, with the latter predominating Sandy areas alternate with rocky sections. The smooth gradient makes it an excellent spot for safe bathing. It reaches a depth of 1m. some 12m. out from the shoreline, and only reaches a depth of 2m. some 38m. out to sea. Panoramic features: The orographic characteristics of the spot play no small part in the beauty of its scenery. |
