It is situated some 29 km from Ibiza and 14 km from Santa Eulalia.
How to get there: You take the road that strikes out from the north of San Carlos and follow the relevant signposts. You can get there by bicycle, car or bus.
Description: This is a group of sandy coves with rocky sections in a north-eastern facing inlet. Length: 320m. Width: From 40m. to 50m. Substratum: Large natural, fine-grained sand sectors. The sand is quite dark coloured. There are some lovely rocky nooks to be visited along the beach. Bed: Sandy areas alternate with rocky sections. It is 1m. deep for about the first 10 metres out to sea, and reaches a depth of 3m. some 30m. from the shoreline. Panoramic features: This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It has a large variety of attractive nooks and a relief that is determined by naturally sculpted rock shapes and islets, which all combine to produce a landscape of great variety. See more photos |
