How to get there: You take the road for the airport, then, on the outskirts of Sant Jordi, take the left turn that leads to the canal, which is where this beach is located. You can get there by bicycle or car.

Description: This is a long open beach with abundant coniferous vegetation in its environs.

Length: 1,500m.

Width: From 25m. to 30m.

Substratum: The whole beach is covered with natural, fine-grained sand. At the eastern end there are rocky nooks with small inlets and natural pools.

Bed: The seabed is mainly sandy along the length of the beach. The gradient is quite gentle, the water being only 0.85m. deep at 25m. from the shoreline, and reaching a depth of some 1.65m. at 50m. out to sea. At the western end, rocky areas alternate with the sandy sections.

Panoramic features: The salt pools, which are of acknowledged scenic interest, are nearby. There are several tracks among the pine and coniferous vegetation typical to the island. You can also enjoy the view of the unique landscape formed by Los Freus islets and the island of Formentera. This is truly a beautiful beach.
