Caló d'En Serra, Ibiza It is situated some 28 km from Eivissa and 5 km from San Juan.

Caló d'En Serra, Ibiza How to get there: From Portinatx by road until reaching a non-paved turnoff. The spot is clearly signposted. Access is to be had by car or bicycle, although beginner cyclists should desist from using this form of transport.

Description: This is a deep coastal inlet at the back of which we find a strip of sand, limited on both sides by cliffs.

Length: 50m.

Width: 30m.

Substratum: Medium-grained sand with rocky and pebbled areas.

Bed: There are abundant rocks and stones covered by underwater vegetation, in between which we have sandy sections. It slopes gently, reaching a depth of 2m. some 20m. out from the shore.

Panoramic features: The surrounding area is the wildest and least cultivated to be found on the island. The quite imposing cliffs enclosing the spot are covered with conifers.
